Top Navigation and Maps Apps in South America Q3 2025

In the third quarter of 2025, Waze Navigation & Live Traffic showed a consistent performance in South America, with weekly downloads fluctuating between 304K and 368K. The app maintained a robust user base, with active users rising from approximately 34M to 35.9M by the end of September.

Google Maps Go experienced a peak in weekly downloads in mid-August at around 301K, before declining to 201K by the end of the quarter. Revenue showed modest growth, peaking at $71 in late August, while active users remained strong, hovering around 165M to 167M.

Google Earth had stable weekly downloads, with a range of 81K to 99K. The number of active users fluctuated slightly, peaking at over 1.67M in mid-July.

Radarbot Speed Camera Detector saw a peak in revenue at $46K in mid-August. Weekly downloads reached their highest at 51K in early September, while active users grew from 477K to 636K by mid-September.

Satellite View - Maps - Radar demonstrated significant growth in downloads, particularly in September, reaching a high of 66K. Revenue peaked at $896 in mid-September, and active users increased steadily, peaking at 131K.
